Sacred Ground: A film-based dialogue series on race and faith

The Episcopal Church of St. Stephen’s and the Vine, the Episcopal Church of the Holy Communion, and the Emery Washington Convocation invite you to join the next session of Sacred Ground, the Episcopal Church’s long-term commitment to racial healing, reconciliation, and justice in our personal lives, our ministries, and our society.

The program will run from January 6 through April 7, 2025. The group will meet on Zoom each Monday from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Discussions will be facilitated by the Rev. Deacon Chester Hines, Jr. and the Rev. Deacon Loretta Go.

Sacred Ground includes twelve 90-minute sessions, preceded by an orientation meeting and concluding with an evaluation discussion. Participants are required to work independently to prepare for the weekly Zoom sessions.

Participation is limited to 15 people and attendance at all sessions is expected.
