In the Bible, the word “witness” is used to describe both a person and an action – someone who sees something and then talks about what they’ve seen.

At St. Stephen’s and the Vine, we offer many opportunities to witness God’s love in our lives and to take action to serve others in our community.

The Vine is our take on Beloved Community. It represents not just our outreach, but our intimate connection with our community and neighbors. The Vine challenges us to be a community that always extends hospitality, that strives to see the best in one another, and that remains grounded in Jesus’ example of love and service.
