Everyone is invited to celebrate the life and mission of St. Stephen’s and the Vine at our annual parish meeting, Sunday, Jan. 19, 2025.
The meeting will begin after our 10 a.m. worship service. We’ll hear reports from the Rev. Aaron Rogers and other ministry leaders. We’ll also vote on our 2025 budget and elect new Vestry members and Diocesan Convention delegates.
We’ll also enjoy a potluck meal together. And – new this year – we’ll have a ministry fair to show off all the Good News and fantastic service happening in and through St. Stephen’s and the Vine.
This annual event is a chance for us to come together to celebrate our past achievements and plan for the future. We’ll see you there!
Special notes to ministry leaders:
All ministry leaders are required to submit a written report sharing the highlights of your ministry in 2024. These reports must be turned in no later than January 13 to the following people:
All ministry leaders should also put together a visual display to showcase your ministry during the ministry fair at the annual meeting.
