The Episcopal Recovery Ministries of the Diocese of Missouri is hosting a special Evensong service in recognition of International Overdose Awareness Day. The service will be held Sunday, Aug. 31 at 5 p.m. at the Episcopal Church of the Holy Communion in University City.
The Rev. Loretta Go, Deacon at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church, also serves as the Diocesan Missioner for Recovery Ministries. All are invited to join Deacon Loretta and other leaders from across the Diocese for this healing prayer service.
You are also invited to sing in the choir for this Evensong service. Choir Director Mary Chapman will lead rehearsals on August 21 and August 28, 7-9 p.m. at Holy Communion.
