Job Description: Providing administrative support for church staff, lay volunteers, and church activities/programs.

Primary Responsibilities: Manage visitor/member information; provide administrative support in office functions for the ministry staff and programs of the church; serve as receptionist and/or train and coordinate volunteers to serve as receptionists, perform office management duties.

Scope: 12 hours per week

Starting Pay: $20 per hour

Job Description: This is an hourly, hybrid role for a bookkeeper based in St. Louis, MO

Primary Responsibilities: Work with our volunteer treasurer to handle day-to-day financial operations, including preparing and maintaining financial statements; recording journal entries; managing bookkeeping tasks; utilizing accounting software (Quick Books) to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting, including generating quarterly pledge statements, as well as supporting the treasurer and other volunteer leaders to ensure compliance with accounting best practices.

Scope: 15-20 hours per month (estimate)

Hourly Pay: $24-$28 per hour, depending on experience
